Keeble) I enclose requisition for *11“ Tapping Machine which we use to install services under pressure without the necessity of shutting the water off in the main. This is to replace the old on# which has been in service for about 10 years and which is so badly worn that it would coat store for replacement parts than to purchase a new machine.
