V Contract Audit No. 10880, dated July 16, 1961, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Land Company”, Spencer Kellogg and Sons, Inc., called "Kellogg", and Pacific Vegetable Oil Corporation, calls d "Pacific Company", whereby, on account of fire which occurred June 16, 1961, on premises at 305 Henry Ford Avenue, Long Beach, California, which premises Land Company had agreed to purchase, together with improvements thereon, and machinery and equipment, and lease with option to purchase to Pacific Company, Kellogg agrees to restore, at its own expense, leased premises, improvements and chattels of a value such that total value of premises, improvements an3 chattels shall be equal to that of total value of premises, improvements and chattels as existed prior to date of fire; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Cope in executing C.L.D. No, ll|,023> C.D. No. ij-5990-6, dated August 29, 1961, whereby Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railrpad Company, grant unto Las Vegas Land and Water Company a perpetual easement for construction, maintenance, repair, renewal and reconstruction of sheet piling in, upon and along a strip of land ten (1 0 ) feet in width situated in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State of California, being portion of Lot 13 of Tract No. 751; consideration $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
