In accordance with your recommendation, in which Mr. Cory concurs, the rental for Room No. 7, amount $45.00, accrued in the accounts during March, April and^May 1948, will be written off. Accordingly, the amount should be dropped from October 1948 Form 26 “Monthly Report of Rent and Water.**
