Polger Affidavit dated February 7, 1947 •That at least* £16,277 has been expended in——oosple11 on of said works and at the expense of applicate oense of UPRB Co. for. .nee, .and.. .beam. ..of..apsliflaat. Improvements consisted of $ “Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 948 feet and installing therein 904 feet of 10 3/4 inch steel lapweld easing; cementing in top easing; also 300 feet of 12 ineh and 440 feet of 18 Inch transits pipe from top of well to connect with settling basin.“ “Said improvements were begun prior to September 17, 1945, and were completed prior to September 30, 1945. Proof of Application of later to Beneficial Use (under Per&tit Bo. 11249} does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
