In order to clear this matter up in our December accounts, will you please confirm my understanding that this office is authorized to Issue a draft to Young and Smith Construction Company in the amount of ffy'Lo.O6, in payment of over collection of water service for periods September 1, 1951, to and including August 31# 1952. If you agree, please advise by wire and I will arrange for issuance of draft from this office. After-over payment baa been refunded under account #13705* for which the current rate is $50.00 per month for water service, will stand paid through December 31# 1953* L. R.
