On January 30, 1945, the Southern Nevada Power Company remitted #25.00 in payment of LVL&W Co. hill collectible bearing your Dept. No. LV-R-46, covering rental of eleotrie power line at Las Vegas, Nevada for period February 1, 1945 to January 31, 1946. According to letter dated October 25, 1944 received from Mr. Bracken, copy attached, the land over which this pole line passes was sold and it was not necessary to renew the agreement. As lease Audit No. 10042 expired on January 31, 1945, it would appear that the Southern Nevada Power Company is entitled to refund of the #25.00; if you find this in order, please forward Form 183 to cover, or advise, L.
