Lear Sir: I have yours of the 7th instant in reply to mine of the End, in which X enclosed unsigned copy of lease of the Kiel ranch to Mrs. Bishop. I am in receipt to-day of a letter from Dr.Bracken enclosing /the lease properly executed, and, if you will fill in the blanks on the unsigned copy which yon have it will conform to the file copy. She lease is dated on the £0th day of February,- 1904, and runs from the first day ofvJanuary 1904 for, during and until the first day of January 1905, and is executed on behalf of the Railroad Company by J.Boss Clark, Second Vice President, and is signed by Mrs.Mary Bishop in the presence of Walter R.Bracken and I'avid Graham, and is approved as to fdrm and execution by 1.1.Gibbon, General Counsel.
