Water Company•s Original ”N”L.D. 2793 CORi i\r»L£ AU0. vOrf&Sp. f im w im » r THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the ^ 0 day of . 1954, by and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called •'Company,” Party of the First Part, and CHARLESTON VILLAGE, INC., a Nevada Corporation, whose address is Post Office Box 1928, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called '’Subdivider, ” Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in developing a portion of Blocks Nos. 4 and 7, Charleston Village Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains by constructing the following: A 6” cast iron water main commencing at a connection with an existing 6” cast iron water main in Burnham Avenue at a point approximately 15 feet westerly of the easterly property line of Burnham Avenue extended and approximately 15 feet southerly of the northerly property line of Peyton Drive extended, thence westerly in Peyton Drive parallel with and approximately 15 feet southerly of the northerly line of Peyton Drive, a distance of approximately 270 feet to point of ending. WHEREAS, the Company is willing to make said extension in accordance with its Rule 9 on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; and WHEREAS, the estimated cost of making the extension applied for is $1,176,00; ? ?
