OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF TEE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. September 6, 1927. At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the sixth day of September, 1927, at the hour of seven-thirty o' clock p. m. Present: Hon. J. F. Hesse, Mayor; Commissioners O. J. Smith and W. C. German, to­gether with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent: W. B. Mundy and Roy Neagle. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. At this time there was a discussion of the discrepancy in the survey of Buck's Addition to the City of Las Vegas, after which it was ordered upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, that the work of locating streets and alleys be continued. It appearing to the Board that the names of certain streets in the Original Townsite of Las Vegas are similar to names in other portions in the City, the Clerk was directed to write to the City Planning Commission and ask them to investigate this condition and make recom­mendations as to renaming of streets. No further business appearing it was ordered upon motion duly made that this meeting ad­journ until October 6th, 1927. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. October 6, 1927. At a regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 6th day of October, 1927, at the hour of three o'clock P. M. Present: Hon. J. F. Hesse, Mayor: Commissioners O. J. Smith, W. C. German, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent: Commissioners Roy Neagle and W. B. Mundy. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. All claims allowed as shown in the Claim and Warrant Register in the office of the Clerk. It was thereupon ordered, upon motion duly made, seconded and carried that all the moneys collected by the City Clerk and Municipal Judge during the moth of September, 1927 totaling $1825., be apportioned as follows: One thousand ($1,000) Dollars to the Police and Fire Fund and Eight Hundred twenty-five ($825.00) Dollars to the General Fund. Further ordered that the sum of One Thousand Sixty-five ($1065.00) be transferred from the General Fund to the Salary Fund. No further business appearing it was ordered upon motion duly made that this meeting adjourn until October 17, 1927, at the hour of three o'clock P. M.
