DUKE Get thee to the Harmonium and play a mystical passage of magic which wilt allowest me to illusion what conspiracy the- Princess is embroiled. BARON KOOK Sit down, your grace. The Duke sits as Baron Kook begins to busy himself. First the Baron selects a red tube hanging from one of the organ pipes, then selects a green one. He places the red one inside the Duke's ear. The Duke flinches and glares up at him. BARON KOOK (continuing) The vibrations must touch the inner senses, your grace. DUKE Go on. The Baron now takes the green tube and inserts it into the Duke's other ear. CUT TO: 86 EXT. WALL OF BUILDING NIGHT Mamie moves stealthily along it until she comes to a window. Scrawled over it is KEEP OUT, BLACK MAGIC INSIDE, ORDER OF BARON KOOK. Mamie looks around to make sure she hasn't been spotted then she raises the window, carefully. CUT TO: . 87 INT.
