    KNOW all men by these presents that the County of Lincoln of the State of Nevada by its County Commissioners - W. C. Glissan, p. McCannon & M. MeCluskey and the Fire Department of the unincor­porated Town of Pioche in the said County and State by the said County Commissioners above named and by E. A. White, E. Donohue & M. Sehusterich, Trustees of said Department, together with P. McCannon and C. H. Light authorized by said Fire Department to act with the persons shove named in the premises for said Fire Department, The Parties of the First Part, and the Floral Springs Water Company, a corporation, organized and duly existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and engaged in bringing the water of Floral Springs into the Town of Pioche, T The Party of the Second Part, do agree and bind themselves their successors and assigns respectively to the following terms, to wit:- The said Party of the Second Part to place and construct a water tank of capacity sufficient to contain 100,000 gallons of water at or near the head of Main Street in said Town and at such a point of elevation that it will be two hundred feet per­pendicular over the ground at the junction of Main and Meadow Valley Streets in said Town, and to keep one hundred thousand gallons of water always in said tank after the laying down of the pipes hereinafter mentioned, except in case of accident to the works of said Company between the said tank and the said Floral Springs, and to lay down a five inch pipe No. 14 iron double riveted and coated with asphaltum inside and out from said tank in and along Main Street to the junction of Main and Lacour Streets and from the junction of Main and Meadow Valley Streets up Meadow Valley Street to the hoisting works of the Pioche Silver Mining Company and in and along Cedar Street from Main Street to Meadow Valley Street and to lay down a pipe of the same description not less than three inches in size from the junction of Main and Lacour Street in and along Lacour Street to the Court House and to fix and place upon said pipe so laid down
