M A I L G R A M Lob Angelos, December 19* 19^ Mr. J. P. Maok: X noted at Las Vegas the easing released when we pulled the submersible pump from Well No. 10 lies alongside the well exposed to the weather and is rusting. I do not know how soon we will need this pipe for another well, but oertainly it will not be used again in Well No. 10. I think the easing should be either oiled or painted and, with the pump and oabls, stored in a safer location. These facilities, being so close to the road, are very likely to be stolen. If you have no labor available to take care of this, X will try to arrange with McNeil to handle it. Please advise. S-157 . • ? Prank Strong H 944
