    Las Vegas - July 3# 1953 ft-2 Pleas© re fe r to my le tte rs dated February 6, 1953# March 2k, 1953# and your le tte r to me dated A p ril 13* 1953s re la tiv e to construction o f a spur track and determination of top of r a il elevations to serve a b uild ing now under construction on h is property, adjacent to the easterly side of haln track and southerly from Opaca Lumber Co*, Las Vegaa , Nevada* Mr* T ib e rtl was in the o ffic e again today requesting advice as to when the Railroad Company could furnish information as to the top o f r a il elevations on a spur track which may be com true ted In the rear o f his proposed building along the easterly side of main lin e track* Mr* T ib e rtl is becoming rather impatient o f the delay In the furnishing o f this information as he is now holding up the construction o f his b uild in g pending receipt o f top o f r a il elevations. He fe e ls that this information should be furnished without further delay* As a matter of fa c t he intimated that he might w rite to Mr* Stoddard, stating that his warehouse consisting o f approximately ho,000 square fe e t of flo o r area, has been held up several months fo r la ck o f this information and requested ay advice as to whether he should take such action* Z told him that I would prefer he did not w rite Mr. Stoddard, at the present time and suggested that he give me an opportunity to again contact you and ascertain whether i t would be possible to make a survey and determine the top o f r a il elevations within a very short time* I have explained this situation to Mr. Jenkins o f the Division Survey Party several times and he has promised to run some elevations along Mr* T ib e r ti1s property and try to work out the plan and p r o file fo r a tra ct to serve him? however, Mr. Jenkins has been extremely busy with other matters and has not had time to get to i t .
