\ between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and McCoy’s Vitamin Yeast and Feed Co., Inc®, dba Wc D 0 Sutherland Company, covering lease of building and premises for storage and manufacture of vitamin supplements for animal feed, at Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.EoHammill in executing letter agreement CoL.D. 16015, dated April 2, 1968 with Bliss Service Company, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to remove and burn Russian thistle on Land Company property in San Bernardino County, California; work to be performed to the satisfaction of the County Agriculture Department, as well as the Air Pollution Control District for a consideration of $150.00 upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.EoHammill in executing letter agreement CoL.D. No. 16092, dated July 16, 1968, with B & H Rubbish Service, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools and machinery required to remove the debris and remnants of building destroyed by fire at Las Vegas Land and Water Company’s property located at 415 North Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, work to be -4-
