Gentlemen:- It is intended to utilize at Las Ye gas the services of a handyman to make water service connections, repair water service mains, and repair the plumbing at the sixty company cottages. It will be necessary to keep on hand a supply of material for the use of this man and of course, a place must be provided to store such material and tools that he will use, and where he can work. It seems to me that it would be a good idea to provide a room in the basement of the new rooming house, the construction of which is now being arranged for on lots 1 and 8 in block 28. * If this suggestion meets with your approval, will you kindly authorize the Chief Engineer to provide a suitable room about 10 x 25 or 30 feet, for this purpose? Yours truly,. V *5 n o I ’ T o c t o « r! <3 3
