On motion of Commissioner Shield, seconded by Commissioner Anderson, it was ordered that the Board adjourn until Tuesday, February 26, 1924, at the hour of seven thirty o'clock p. m., when it shall meet to further consider the budget for the year 1924, and such other matters as should come before the Board at that time. Voting Commissioners Matzdorf, Shield, Anderson and Elwell and His Honor the Mayor, aye. Noes none. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. Feb. 26th, 1924. a regular adjourned meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. held on the 26th day of February, A.D. 1924, at the hour of seven-thirty o'clock P.M. Present His Honor the Mayor, W. C. German, with Commissioners F. E. Matzdorf, C. R. Shield, A. R. Anderson, and W.H. Elwell, together with the City Attorney and City Clerk. This being the time set by law for the preparation of a Budget, thereupon, the Board proceeded to take up the budget and tax levy for the year 1924, in accordance with the provisions of the State of Nevada, and the matter being discussed at length it was ordered, upon motion being duly made by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by Commissioner Shield, and unanimously carried that the following Budget be adopted, the vote on. said motion being as follows: Commissioners Matzdorf, Shield, Anderson and Elwell and His Honor the Mayor, W.
