X had asked Mike not to involve Van Bernard in the AGVA payments for the above three acts. X asked that the same conditions that we had with the Manhattan Rockets wherein they paid their own AGVA welfare payments should apply to the above three acts, and until we arrived in Allentown, X was under the impression we had this agreement all set.
