CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioners Jarrett and Peccole. This being the time set for the canvass of ballots cast at the City Election held May 5, 1953 for the election of a Commissioner 2nd Class, a Commissioner 4th Calss, a City Attorney and a Municipal Judge, the result of said canvass was found to be as follows: The following errors were found by the Commission while conducting the canvass of the official candidate ballots: Precinct No. 2 - For Commissioner 2nd Class, Wendell Bunker received 69 votes instead of 89. Precinct No. 10- For Commissioner 2nd Class, Wendell Bunker received 102 votes instead of 112. Precinct No. llA- For Commissioner 2nd Class, Wendell Bunker received 48 votes instead of 47. Precinct No. 15- For Municipal Judge, A.G. Blad received 31 votes instead of 61. Precinct No. 33- For Municipal Judge, A.G. Blad received 44 votes instead of 42. Precinct No. 34- For Commissioner 2nd Class, Edward J. Jansen received 69 votes instead of 19. For Commissioner 4th Class, James Bilbray received 15 votes instead of 16. For Commissioner 4th Class, Mary Mason received 2 votes instead of 4. Precinct No. 40A- For Municipal Judge, A.G. Blad received 28 votes instead of 38. At this time Commissioner Jarrett arrived at the meeting.
