Dear Mr. McCall: In your letter of September 15th you asked some questions relative to the water distribution system of BMI. This information has been assembled in one report, dated September 22nd by our engineering department. A copy is attached, and we are, likewise, furnishing the state with a similar copy. No doubt, you will find in this report all the infor- mation you are apt to require, but if there are any questions you or your engineers have I shall be glad to see that they are answered.
