(See the reference hereinabove to the relevancy of the original cost.) b: Bales or leases of water rights similar to the right of the carrier# c: Bona fide offers made to the carrier to purchase or lease in whole or in part the right under valuation. d: The values determined by courts, boards or ..com­missions in condemnation,or rate cases, or for4 ax pur­poses, for the right under valuation, or for-similar rights. e: Value or sales price of carrier's water right if devoted to such other uses as irrigation, domestic uses, watering stock, municipal purposes, mining, power, man­ufacturing, etc. f. Cost of securing the same amoant and quality of water from the nearest available sources by the most practicable means. g: Estimates of the cost of increasing the present Sapply from other sources, to be found ordinarily in _ A.E.E.'s or engineers' estimates.
