Campbell, advised me today that he had offerred you a copy of a draft of an agreement to be jointly entered into with Colorado River Commission of Nevada, and after joint approval, to be forwarded to General Services Administration, covering principally the acquisition of the 40-inch pipe line from Lake Mead to Henderson, and other parts of the water facility.
