Las Vegas - August 14, 1953 Mr. G. M. Bates - Los Angeles With reference to your letter of August 13, 1953, file NLD 147-7, CA-?4go regarding Termination Rider NLD 147-7, which had been executed by Home Lumber and Goal Company. The above described Termination Rider has been delivered to the Home Lumber Company for application of proper corporate seal after which Termination Rider will be forwarded to your office for further handling. The Home Lumber Company advised that it is necessary to air mail the document to the main office in Wltehita, Kansas, and has assured us that it will be expedited. With reference Termination Riders NLD 2377-1 with the Vegas Heating and Oil Company, we have been advised that this document was mailed to your office August 12, 1953. Referring to Termination Rider NLD 1031-2 with Messrs. Joseph Dubinsky and Harold Maniloff, dfca as Snowflake Quality Bakery, we have been advised that the document will be placed in the mail this date. LRM:rr L. R. Maag
