Los Angeles,Cal., February 12, 1916. Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Agent, Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir: The matter of selling land to John L. Russell was submitted to the Special Committee by Mr. Nutt yesterday. This morning,’ Mr. Comstock brings the correspondence back and advises me that Mr. Clark does not like the idea of leaving unsold the small strip of land between the County Road and the twenty acre piece.
