i^ETER BUOL- V I /f) / J / ,v?'T V ? W-/-/ Mm Las Vegas, Nevada, Jan 24th 1913. Friend Walter. Inclosed find a copy of the letter that I havethis day sant to the Las Vegas Land & Water Co in Los Angeles . I havefigured the situation out and Save set the price on all# of the ground at $300.00 per acre as their is considerable of this that will not be salable for some time and the streets and alleys take up about l/5 and I have included the full with of Bonniville and Stewart sJr in. i'trust that you will be in a position to recommend this price. I realise that their (are quite a number of lots ©n Fremont at thfct will bring good prices , I also figure when I get my curbing and water pine in that it will take off a good# part of the profit on an addition of this nature. And then I figure that you in the handling of lots should be paid a good commission and taking it all in all I think that the price i am offering is fair to My Company and air to youE company. Their are a great many things a stir in Carson City and 1 feel sure that when thiss session is over that the main thing that I can to Carso n city will have been accomplished .For I am getting aquainted with every member in b th houses and have got in with t’-e best hustlers. And I know that I can do our country lots of good. I have given your name to the mailing clerk and she will send to you a cony of each bill as it comes up. If their is anything that I can do for you let me know and with best wished to all I As IsCt^tr l A 1. i/ w 1 / : U jf J v V 1 Jr
