I agree.“ Colorado Mine “ “ Notice “ We the undersigned do hereby locate and claim fifteen hundred feet on this lead Lode on Ledge on deposit of silver bearing rock and ore beginning at the South East end of the Jack Rabbit Mine and running fifteen hundred feet in a South Easterly Direction from the monument upon which this notice is placed. Said mine shall be known as the Colorado Mine we also claim three hundred feet on each side of the Ledge for mining and surface ground we claim and intend to hold and work said Lead Lode on ledge of deposit of Silver [not legible] Rock and [not legible] in accordance with the Laws of the United States and the Laws of El Dorado Mining District Lincoln County State of Nevada Said mine is situated about three miles south of the [not legible] mine and about three fourths of one mile South Easterly from the Silver Eagle Mine.
