My dear Whittemore: lor your information I herewith hand you two copies of questions propounded by Committee of Traffic Men to Committee of Counsel, and answers of Committee of Counsel thereto, relating to the Infer state Commerce Law, as the same will he effective August 27th next, done at the recent meeting of Traffic Men and Counsel held at Chicago.
