Allen, Chairman public Service Commission State of Nevada Carson City, Nevada Dear Mr. Allem Referring to correspondence commencing with your letter of August 10th, 1953# and with particular reference to your letter of January 2?th, 1954, relative to charges for Transit-Mix Concrete Plantes two extra copies of Second Revised Sheet PSCN No. 8, revising rate No. 55a in line with your suggestion. 1 have indicated that this new rate will be effective March 1, 1954, which is not in accord with the customary practice of making rates effective after thirty days* notice. issue the necessary order approving the effective date of this new rate as of March 1, 1954, cc - Wm.
