Omaha - October 3rd, 1931 353-24 Mr. F. H. Knickerbocker: Your K-106 September 2nd stated with respect to the Las Vegas water situation: "Commission has not yet rendered its decision, and under suspension order issued by it June 29th new rate schedule cannot be placed in effect except upon further order." Your message October 2nd states: ? "Nevada Commission August 28th issued decision granting increase, etc." I have some difficulty in explaining discrepancies of this kind, and would appreciate it, when such discrepancies occur in the correspondence, if you will make it a point to explain them to me.
