Brown, representative of Black and Beatch, an engineering firm whose address is 4?06 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri. As I understand from Mr. Montgomery, the firm of Black and Beatch has been appointed by the District to submit an independent report as to the feasibility of Mr. Montgomery*s?engineering plans for furnishing additional water to the City of Las Vegas.
