Dear sir:- , I took up the matter of the issuance of certificates of title by the Title Insurance & Trust Co. for.the Las Vegas lots and, while they stated that they might possibly consider such a proposition, still it would cost them a good deal of money and this would necessar­ily make the certificates cost more. They said that they would rather not take hold of the proposition and suggested tmt the men connected with the Land Company form an insurance organization or abstract com- pitog? of their own and issue certificates. It would take very little capital, only enough to pay the expense of a searcher, and they rep-_ om®ended Mr. Chas. Squires, this work.
