Dear Sir; Referring to your letter of November 1st: Enclosed herewith please find original of application for Permit To Appropriate The Public Waters of The State of Nevada, which I have signed. I am also enclosing form of well log and report to the State Engineer which is to be filed in connection with said application, and which has been sworn to before a notary public.
