Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Alfred Ripps, Mike's Liquor Store, 106 Fremont, for renewal of his cigarette license, general business license, retail package miniature liquor license and 11 slot machines for the first quarter of 1955, be approved subject to the following condition: These licenses are issued to and pursuant to the order of the Court in the Writ of Preliminary Injunction and is issued under protest thereof. The licenses will be revoked promptly upon the dissolving of said injunction. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Jarrett moved the application of the California Club, 101 Fremont for 105 slots, 3 Craps, 3 "21", 1 Roulette, 1 Big 6 Wheel, 1 Keno by George Arquilla, Harry Tabak, Herbert Tabak, Michael Grossman and John Haynes, being addition of Herbert Tabak, Michael Grossman and John Haynes, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Murray Petersen, C. A. Petersen, Lila Zona and Sam Zona for license for 4 slot machines at the Round Up Liquor Store and 7 slot machines at the Round Up Drive In, Inc., South 5th and Main, for the first quarter of 1955, being an addition of C. A. Petersen, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Aldo Barozzi, Alray Liquor Store, 224 North 2nd Street, for license for 3 slot machines for the first quarter of 1955, having been previously located at 209 Stewart, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of James T. Runke and John Winn, Auto Bell, 1107 South Main, for license for one slot machine for the first quarter of 1955, previously issued to Ted Weins, Texaco Station, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Tom Rolofson for license for one slot machine at Sue's Liquor Store, 1236 South 5th Street be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the following applications for gaming licenses for the first quarter of 1955, previously issued to Clayton Bunnell, be approved: CANARY COTTAGE Ann T.
