L o b Angeles, October 14, 1940 OFA - Omaha Referring my airmail of yesterday re installation 6-inch line in Block 7, Pioneer Heights, Las Vegag, Mr. Bracken now advises wWe are pleased to advise that the necessary commitments have been received, Messrs, A. F, Smith, Sr. and Oscar Logan each agreeing to purchase an additional service each for now vacant lots which they own in that block. With the three houses we are already serving, the new house just completed for Robt. 1. Carter, and the two new houses Logan has under construction on the comer, this will make the required number of eight.* If you go along with proposal made in above-mentioned letter, please advise by wire and we will forward A.F.S. to cover.
