Las Vegas - October 26, 1953 W 9-1 Mr. L. C. Conner - Las Angeles In line with our phone conversation of October 22, 1953, relative to annual inventory of material and supplies as of June 20, 1952 and as of August 31, 1952. above mentioned inventories which are complete with amounts and prices; the inventory as of June 30, 1952 amounts to $33,165.1^, the inventory as of August 31, 1952 amounts to $30,036.30, Also attached is copy of letter to Mr. L. A. White, Auditor dated August 1, 1952 requesting correction and stating the amount of inventory as of June 30, 1952, along with letter to Mr. L. V. Peart Auditor dated September 30, 1952, requesting that he make certain changes in our annual inventory as of August 31, 1952 and correction of grand total which amounts to $30,036.30. of the material and supplies on hand of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas, Nevada, as of the dates inventory was taken. Purchasing Agent, Union Pacific Railroad Company to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company dated October 20, 1953, relative to various dimensional transit pipe on hand at the Union Pacific Railroad store at Las Vegas.
