Perkins ) Your attention is directed to Mr. Reinhardt's letter of May 28th, relative to transfer of water production facilities of the LA&SL to the LVL&W Company, particularly the last three paragraphs thereof, and you should arrange to progress construction of the new water distribution facilities in the shop grounds as promptly as possible, keeping me advised. Meanwhile, the LVL&W Company will be furnishing water to the Union Pacific. Please make arrangements so that the railroad forces will continue to do the maintenance work as requested by Mr. Reinhardt, billing the Water Company for the actual cost. A-132 P . J . Lynch R. L.
