Las Vegas ? «» March 18, 1952 Mr. Wm, Reinhardt - Los Angeles Am enclosing for your information a copy of the proposed Agreement between Basic Management, Inc. and the Las Vegas Valley Water District* covering delivery of water to the district from the Henderson pipeline facilities. At a meeting of the Colorado River Commission yesterday, the Agreement was approved by the Commission, local representatives of the Lessees, and the Water District. The Agreement must now be approvedi by the parent companies of the Leasees and by General Services Administration. John Mueller has agreed to recommend approval. It is hoped that all necessary approvals will be obtained before the Commission meeting at the end of the month, In order that the sale of the residual assets at the Henderson plant can be concluded at that time. ¥.
