Las Vegas - October 12, 1948 ¥ 23-1-20—D Hr. 0. M. Ooryt ( oc - Mr. Mm. Reinhardt) I attach copy of Mr. Reinhardt’s letter October 8th, file 1-7334* regarding extension of water main to serve Bloch 4* Mayfair Tract #2. In subsequent telephone conversation, It was decided to eliminate from this contract refunds of revenue# from the first f lots, because the houses thereon were constructed as a part of Sub-division #1 and are at present served from a small service line In Lewis Street. 1 have eliminated these 7 Lots from the description in paragraph 4 so that refunds are applied only on Lots 8 - 41 in Block 4* Mayfair Tract #2. Mill you kindly prepare our usual form of Rule 9-A contract' embodying the provisions shown In attached letter. A. M. Polger
