R. Williams, doing business as Williams Outdoor Adv. Service, Lessee, covering signboard sites on North Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $50 per annum, payable in advance; subject to termina tion by Lessor on 10 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
