\ RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in execut­ing Main Extension Contract C.L.D. No. 15424, dated May 12, 1 9 6 6 , between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, called "Applicant", and San Gabriel Valley Water Company, called "Utility", providing that Applicant applies for a water main extension to include approximately 2800 feet of 1 2 " pipe, 4200 feet of 14" pipe, 3500 feet of 1 6 " pipe, and 34 fire hydrants, for the purpose of furn­ishing public utility water service to portions of Tract 1343* in City of Industry, California; Applicant to advance the amount of $1 1 8 ,000.00 to cover the cost of facilities; the amount ad­vanced shall be subject to refund of 2 2 ^ of revenue received over a period of twenty years after date of contract, not exceed­ing amount advanced; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, app­roved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C.L.D. No. 15420, easement dated May 12, 1 9 6 6 , Las Vegas Land and Water Company grant to San Gabriel Valley Water Company, to construct, operate and maintain water main and appurtenances in, over, under, along and across five strips of land ten feet in width, described in said C.L.D. No. 15420, in City of Industry, California, subject and subordinate to the right of the Land Company to use and grant others the right to use said land described therein for any purpose not Inconsistent with easement granted; in consideration of the grant of easement, San Gabriel Valley Water Company agrees to maintain said water mains and appurtenances in good On motion duly seconded, it was -2-
