As compensation for the services performed by Water Company in delivering said water to the Railroad Companies, Railroad Companies shall pay to the Water Company that portion of the cost to the Water Company of producing, transporting and delivering water to both the Water Company and Railroad Companies, computed as provided in Section 3 hereof, that the amount of 11 $ Ce At pie-vy^A^k-', water delivered to the W a t e r Company during any period bears to the total amount of water delivered in the same period to both the Water Company and Railroad Companies. Bills will be rendered by the Water Company to the Railroad Companies promptly after the end of each calendar month for water delivered to Railroad Companies during the preceding calendar month based upon the best information then available as to the cost of producing, transporting and deliver ling said water, and Railroad Companies shall promptly pay such bills. As promptly after the end of each calendar year as completion of accounting will permit, an adjustment will be made between the parties so that the total amount paid by Railroad Companies for water delivered to them during said calendar year shall equal the portion 7 .
