If any water pipe llnaa and appurtenance# ahall have been lnatallad in tha easement atrip in accordance with the provisions !! of thia agreement, the FI rat Parties, their successors and assigns, ahall bear the expense of any additional reinforcement, relocation !' or replacement of aald water plpa llnaa and appurtenances which stay thereafter be required to protect aald water pipe lines by reason of the construction of new railroad tracks or railroad operating facilities or change of grede of existing railroad tracks or rail** ! road operating facilities over or under said water pipe lines* At the request and expenae of the First Parties, their / aueeeaaora or assigns, the Second Party, its aueeeaaora or assigns, j shall hereafter from time to time relocate all or any portion of |i the water pipe lines then maintained under and along said easement strip to another easement atrip of the same width which shall be | granted without cost to the Second Party, its successors or assigns, subject to the same terms and conditions as herein contained, and provided that such relocation can be made without preventing the j! use of said pipe lines for the conveyance of water to the areas and j facilities than being served bp said pipe lines.
