I agree.C 0 P Y * Eos Angeles, Cal. Peby. 20, 1920 Mr. W..R. Bracken, Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir:- I enclose my file in regard to the inquiry of Mr. Miley regarding the purchase of the s£ of the NW& of Section 32, T. 20S, R. 61 I: Itwould seem to me that the Railroad Company might well consider the sale of this property on the same' terms as the property which was sold to Mr. Clark and lying between the springs and the town, but I would like to have your advice, for submission to Mr. Clark, when I take the matter up with him. It would seem to me that we should consider the question of the shape in which it leaves the balance of the ranch, in making the sale, which if made, would be the second one affecting the railroad holdings at Las Vegas. Please return my file. Respectfully, (signed) P. A. Waters, General R/W & Tax Agent. ' WP
