Bates - Los Angeles ) I am enclosing original, approval copy (hearing approval as to form) and two copies of each of the following documents covering the transfer of the Las Vegas water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District pursuant to the Sale Agreement between LA&SL, UPRR, LVL&WCo. and the District dated June 1, 1953» with the recommendation that you execute and return to me the originals. 1. Deed of real property referred to in paragraph (a), Section 1, of the Sale Agreement from the Water Company to the District. 2. Instrument Transferring Interests in Real and Personal Property covering the property referred to in paragraphs (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (h), and (j) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement from Water Company to the District. 3. Grant of Easement for construction, maintenance and operation of pipe lines referred to in subparagraphs (k-l) to (k-5) and (k-?) to (k-lh) of paragraph (k) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement from LA&SL and UPRR to the District. Grant of Easement for construction, maintenance and operation of electric power line referred to in sub-paragraph (k-15) of paragraph (k) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement from LA&SL and UPRR to the District. 5. Deed conveying parcel of land described in paragraph (l) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement from LA&SL to UPRR. 6. Deed conveying parcel of land described in paragraph (l) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement from UPRR to District. 7. Bill of Sale transferring pipe lines and pumping station referred to in paragraphs (h) to (l) and in paragraph (d) of Section 5 of the Sale Agreement from the Water Company to the District.
