Cory a May 27, 1$^ It may be that under Nevada water law this allocation cannot be determined until the new well is drilled and the amount of water produced therefrom is ascertained. If this is a fact* will you please advise all concerned. At any rate 1 think we should go ahead and get a permit for the drilling of the new well as soon as Sir. Hanson furnishes us definite word that the well will be drilled and thereafter secure a transfer of the water appropriation to the existins and additional well as soon as It can be done. E. I.
