In my talk with Mr. Sexton he brought up the point that the word "adjacent” could not be used, for the reason that neither the McNeil nor the Biltmore project could be said to be adjacent until after the water mains have been extended thereto, and while the Company had in contemplation the extension of its mains along Charleston and along North Main Street, still the same were not extended until after the two projects had been started.
