Prom time to time as amounts become due and payable under the terms of a contract or contracts entered into for the supplying of materials for or the performance of all or any portion of the work provided for in this Section 5> the party to this agreement who shall have entered into such a contract or contracts shall execute verified claims describing the materials supplied, the work performed, the amount or amounts payable for such materials or work, the name or names of the contractor or contractors to whom payment is due therefor and in the case of claims by the First Parties, the sum or sums due said First Parties for services rendered by the First Parties and determined as hereinabove provided. Each verified claim shall be presented to the Escrow Agent and a copy thereof presented to the other party to this agreement. After receipt of a copy of a verified claim said party shall advise the Escrow Agent of its approval or disapproval of such claim, provided that approval thereof shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
