Bennett: In accordance with Mr. Bracken’s letter of April 27, 1942, his W 1-1-2, I have prepared and enclose herewith original, approval copy, and-three extra copies of proposed Deed "N” L.D. 849, from Las Yegas Land and Water Company-to Ed, W. Clark, A. E. Cahlan and A. C. Grant, covering 10.1 aere-parcel of land in the SE& of'SEi of Section 27, Township 20 S., Range 61 E., Las Vegas. If the form of said Deed meets with your approval, will you please approve the same as to form and forward to Mr. Bracken for further handling. One cony of the enclosed is for your file. LEO A.
