east half of the block for residential purposes at about $150.00 each, which is the price we have shown on the schedule, but 1 doubt very much whether the restrictions could be removed at this time unless we purchased back from the present owners the lots which we do not own now, and in order to do this we would have to pay the prioes for which the lots were first sold. This would make an ex­penditure of $4310.00. It is possible that the new city government of Las Vegas may take some action restricting the sale of liquor all over the town, if not now, at some future date, and if they should do this it would be best for us to retain all the lots in block 17. In my opinion it would be better for us to do this for the present and not sell any of them at any price. Yours truly,
