WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevad'a; and WHEREAS, the. Subdivider is engaged in subdividing the Pahor Tract, Clark County, Nevada, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book j| of Plats at Page _, Clark County Nevada Records, all in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, and has made application to the Company to extend its water mains as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 2411 cast iron water main in West Charleston Blvd. at the intersection of Pahor Court, thence extending southerly in Pahor Court a distance of approximately 430T to an end. Together with the installation of approximately twenty (20) feet of 6” cast iron water line to serve two (2) fire hydrants in location as designated by city authorities.
