about seven (7) miles up the canyon from the southwestern mining company's mill on the Colorado River and about a quarter of a mile south from the southwestern mining company's mines consisting of about (1500) feet in length by 600 feet in width and more particularly described on the district records of said El Dorado Canyon Mining District and the said [not legible] to have possession of the mine during the running of this band - then this obligation to be void otherwise to remain in full force and [not legible]
